Richard qualified with PwC in 2002 working in the Technology, Energy and Extractive sectors, before cutting his teeth in industry at Anglo American plc, IBM and Close Asset Management.
Since 2009 Richard has worked as an FD in SME’s, Start-ups and MBOs covering a wide range of sectors including BioTech, Financial Services, Media and Technology assisting the Boards of growth companies to overcome the financial, commercial and strategic challenges they have faced.
In 2014 Richard led and developed the Enterprise services division of a financial modelling boutique and this was the inspiration for Enthalpy Partners, which he founded in 2016. In doing so, Richard acquired a portfolio of fractional CFO roles with a number of dynamic businesses, assisting with fund raising and the establishment of high calibre finance functions.
Arlington started as a client and Richard needed no persuading to join the founder team in 2018.
